Start to Build your Budget
Today’s plan, start to build your budget. Things to get together to make a budget work for you. You will probably need a print out of your last month or two of bank statement’s, credit card statement’s, pay information, either direct deposit slips or copy’s of your check stubs. I like to make a list of everything I pay for each month when I start to build a budget.
Take your bank statement and beside each entry, make a note of what kind of spending it was. Rent, groceries, utilities, lunch, cash, insurance, and any other category that works for you. You can also list on a piece of paper or in the computer these items. This is just to get you going with an idea of how much you spend monthly.
Take the time to gather the information and fill in the spread sheet. This could take a few days to gather the information. Just know, it’s a start…
